Railroad Retirement Disability Earnings Act

Introduced in the 109th Congress as H.R. 5483.
Signed by the President and became Public Law 108-478 on January 12, 2007.

This bill amended the Railroad Retirement Act to increase the allowable outside earnings limit for persons receiving railroad retirement disability benefits from $400 per month to $700 per month, with future indexing for inflation.
